* Installment loan. You’ll receive the full approved loan amount at the start and repay the loan with a series of fixed (generally monthly) payments. A portion of each payment will go towards the interest that accrues and a portion pays down your loan’s principal balance.

 

* Interest only loans: You’ll receive the full approved loan amount at the start and make fixed monthly payments that will apply to interest only. At the end of the agreed term you will repay the full loan and any remaining interest.
